Are your candles scented?
Yes. Our candles are designed to bring both beauty and fragrance to your space. Scent details are listed on each product page. If you’re unsure which fragrance suits you, message us and we’ll help you choose.
Are your candles good for gifting?
Absolutely. Our bouquet candles and gift hampers are made with gifting in mind, for Diwali, birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, housewarmings, and more.
Can I buy in bulk or for corporate gifting?
Yes. We welcome bulk and festive gifting orders. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your quantity, preferred date, and budget, and we’ll suggest options.

Can I customize my candle or gift hamper?
Yes! We love creating personalized pieces. Contact us on WhatsApp to customize:

How do I place a custom order?
- Message us on WhatsApp your idea, occasion, quantity, and budget.
- We’ll discuss what’s possible and share the details with you.
- Once everything is confirmed, we’ll guide you through payment and get started.
How long does a custom order take?
It depends on the design and quantity. Please tell us your required date when you contact us, and we’ll confirm whether we can make it in time. For festive seasons like Diwali, we recommend ordering early.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders above ₹999 ship free when you pay online (UPI or card).
What are the shipping charges?

Paying online is always the cheaper option and saves you ₹40 on every order.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location. Estimated timelines are 5 to 7 business days. You can also message us your pincode on WhatsApp for a quick estimate before ordering.
Can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll share the tracking details with you by email or WhatsApp where available.
Do you deliver across India?
Please check our Shipping Policy or contact us with your pincode to confirm delivery to your area.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- UPI: Google Pay (GPay), PhonePe, Paytm, and other UPI apps
- Debit and credit cards
- Cash on Delivery (COD)
Is there an extra charge for Cash on Delivery?
Yes. COD orders have an extra ₹40 charge. Orders above ₹999 paid online ship free, while COD orders above ₹999 pay only the ₹40 COD charge. For orders below ₹999, shipping is ₹99 online and ₹139 with COD.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a trusted payment gateway in India. We do not store your card details.
My payment failed, but money was deducted. What should I do?
Don’t worry. Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number or payment screenshot, and we’ll help you right away. Failed payments are usually refunded automatically by your bank within a few working days.
Returns, Damages & Issues
What if my candle arrives damaged?
We pack our candles with care, but if something arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos or a short unboxing video. We’ll look into it and work to resolve it.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Please read our Refund & Return Policy for full details. Custom and personalized orders may have different terms, and we’ll always confirm these with you before you order.
I received the wrong item. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and a photo, and we’ll sort it out quickly.
Candle Care & Safety
How do I make my candle last longer?
- Trim the wick to about 5 mm before every burn.
- Let the wax melt evenly across the surface on the first burn.
- Keep the candle away from drafts and fans.
- Extinguish it when about 1 cm of wax remains.
Are the candles safe to burn?
Yes, when used properly. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets, curtains, and anything flammable. Always place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface.
Can I reuse the jar after the candle is finished?
Once the wax is fully burnt and the jar is completely cool, you can clean it and reuse it as a small holder or organizer. Please be careful and let it cool fully first.
